My successful negotiation skills have placed me among the top 5% of Cape Cod Realtors. In 2014, I received my Broker's license and started Cape Cod Real Estate Group in Centerville, Ma.
I have sold properties from Provincetown to Plymouth and my experience includes: single & multiple family homes, new construction & antique homes, condos, short sales, bank owned properties, land, lots & subdivisions.

As a Massachusetts native, Maureen always had a love for Cape Cod. For decades, she and her family traveled regularly to the Cape to visit her brothers and explore the area. Finally, in 2013 Maureen and her husband knew it was time to make the Cape their home and moved from Western Massachusetts.
The search for her own home ignited a passion for real estate that spurred a second career. Since 2015, Maureen has been a licensed real estate agent and has worked tirelessly to help others find their forever homes, vacation homes and more.

Originally from the Washington D.C. area, I vacationed with my family on the Cape every summer and “washed ashore” permanently after college. Raising a family here with my husband Jim, my love and appreciation of Cape Cod grew through the years, and is now being renewed as I experience it with my grandchildren. I’ve worked in various occupations prior to real estate, including teaching preschool, teaching childbirth classes, and writing/editing for a holistic health magazine. My personal interests include organic gardening, forest trail hiking, snow sports, and sailing. I ventured into the field of real estate almost twenty years ago and found it a satisfying venue in which to utilize the talents that served me well in my previous work. With a foundation of several productive years as a sales agent, I obtained my broker’s license and opened my own company, Cape Cod Home Realty. I am proud of my company’s success, having “grown it organically” for ten years through a network of referrals and recommendations from satisfied, loyal buyer and seller clients. Now ready for a change and new growth, I’m pleased to be part of Heather Miller’s Cape Cod Real Estate Group, which feels like a great professional fit.
